The Red Magic 11 Air has officially made its global debut, strengthening Nubia’s gaming smartphone lineup with top-tier hardware and gamer-centric features. Designed for high performance and thermal efficiency, the new handset is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and runs on Android 16-based RedMagic OS 11.0.
The smartphone features a large 6.85-inch 1.5K display offering a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and an impressive 95.1 percent screen-to-body ratio. The panel supports advanced eye protection features including high-frequency PWM dimming, DC dimming, and SGS low blue light certification, ensuring comfortable long gaming sessions.
To meet the demands of mobile gamers, Red Magic has integrated its self-developed RedCore R4 gaming chip alongside up to 16GB LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. Gaming-focused additions such as professional shoulder trigger buttons, Cube Sky Engine 3.0, bypass charging, and a built-in PC emulator further enhance gameplay responsiveness and control.
Thermal performance is handled by an upgraded ICE Cooling System that combines dual active cooling fans, an enlarged vapour chamber, graphene copper foil, and Wind Chaser 4.0 technology. This setup is designed to maintain stable performance even during intensive gaming.
In the camera department, the Red Magic 11 Air houses a dual rear camera system with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, while a 16-megapixel front camera manages selfies and video calls.
Fueling the device is a massive 7,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging, allowing rapid top-ups and uninterrupted play through bypass charging. The phone measures 163.82×76.54×7.85mm and weighs 207g, balancing a slim profile with a large battery.
The Red Magic 11 Air is available globally in Quantum Black and Stardust White colour options. Pricing starts at EUR 499 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, with higher configurations priced accordingly. Global sales are set to begin on February 11 through the official Red Magic website and select retail partners.
