Spinach Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Pasta
  • Lemon zest
  • Basil leaves
  • Spinach
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method:

  1. Cook one pound of pasta.
  2. Blend lemon zest, basil leaves, garlic, grated cheese, oil, and salt into a chunky paste.
  3. Transfer this paste to a serving bowl, adding half a cup of pasta water to enhance the flavor.
  4. After cooking the pasta, drain and mix it with the prepared paste.
  5. Season to taste.

Veggie Alfredo Pasta

  • Pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

  2. In a pan, heat olive oil on medium. Add sliced onions and mushrooms, sautéing until golden brown.
  3. Stir in the cream and chopped mint leaves, cooking for five minutes.
  4. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper, then mix the sauce with the pasta and serve.
