Sharing his expert opinion on Instagram he scored each popular habit and product on a scale of 1 to 10 highlighting which ones genuinely support better rest and which may harm long-term sleep health.
Among the highest-rated tools was the sleep mask which earned a perfect score for its ability to block light and support the body’s natural circadian rhythm. Weighted blankets also ranked highly as their gentle pressure may reduce stress hormones ease anxiety and help the body relax before bedtime.
