Ingredients:
- 1-2 Cups penne pasta
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 dried red chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Handful fresh coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Water
Instructions:
- Boil pasta in water until al dente.
- In a pan, add butter and heat it. Then add red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Sauté for a minute.
- Add the boiled pasta and pour in some pasta water (reserve some for later use).
- Pour half a cup of pasta sauce into the pan and mix well.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
