Despite missing out on the Best Actor award at the Academy Awards, Timothée Chalamet appeared relaxed and cheerful as he attended a high profile afterparty with Kylie Jenner.
The actor who had been considered a strong contender throughout the awards season lost the prestigious award to Michael B. Jordan for his performance in Sinners. Chalamet had earlier gained recognition and major wins including the Golden Globes and Critics Choice Awards for his role in Marty Supreme.
Soon after the ceremony the spotlight shifted to the glamorous Vanity Fair Oscar Party where Chalamet and Jenner made a joint appearance. The couple posed together on the red carpet and were seen sharing affectionate moments with Chalamet placing a kiss on Jenner’s cheek while photographers captured the interaction.
While Chalamet’s film Marty Supreme did not secure wins in major categories such as Best Picture Best Director or Best Casting another film titled One Battle After Another dominated those awards.
This marks another nomination in the Best Actor category for Chalamet who previously received recognition for A Complete Unknown and his breakthrough role in Call Me By Your Name.
