Healthy Banana Halwa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup date powder
- 2-3 tbsp ghee
- 8-10 cashews
- 8-10 raisins
- 1/4 tsp elaichi powder
Method:
- Chop the bananas into small pieces and blend them into a smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashews and raisins for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add the banana puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add more ghee and date powder, cooking until the halwa no longer sticks to the pan.
- Mix in the fried dry fruits and elaichi powder.
- Transfer to a greased mould and flatten the halwa.
- Chill for 15-20 minutes, then demould and cut into small slabs.
