A London-based medical professional has shared a quick and beginner-friendly way to make creatine gummies at home using just five common ingredients. The recipe is designed as a practical alternative for people who dislike the strong taste of creatine powder while still wanting to support muscle energy and performance.
Creatine is a naturally occurring compound that plays a key role in muscle contraction and energy production. While the body gets a small amount from protein-rich foods like red meat seafood and milk and also produces some internally through the liver kidneys and pancreas many people turn to supplements to meet their daily needs. Gummies have become a popular option but not all store-bought versions actually contain real creatine.
To address this issue Dr Rupy Aujla a UK doctor specialising in general practice and emergency medicine demonstrated how to prepare authentic creatine gummies at home. According to him each gummy provides approximately three grams of creatine making it a reliable and controlled option.
The recipe uses juice maple syrup cinnamon agar agar powder and creatine powder. The liquid ingredients are gently heated with agar agar to activate the setting agent before creatine is mixed in and poured into silicone moulds. After resting at room temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes the gummies are ready to consume. This method allows users to enjoy creatine supplementation in a more palatable and convenient form.
Medical experts remind readers that while such recipes can be helpful supplements should be taken responsibly and professional medical advice should be sought before making changes to diet or supplementation routines.
