The much-anticipated Vivo T4R 5G smartphone is all set to launch in India on July 31 at 12 PM IST, promising an exciting addition to Vivo’s T4 series. Positioned as a stylish yet performance-driven mid-range device, the T4R 5G joins the lineup that already includes the Vivo T4 5G, T4 Lite 5G, T4x 5G, and T4 Ultra 5G.
Vivo has officially confirmed several key features of the T4R 5G, including a quad-curved 120Hz AMOLED display, a dual rear camera system, and IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance ratings. The brand claims the device is India’s slimmest phone with a quad-curved screen, measuring just 0.739 cm in thickness.
The design is sleek and premium, available in two striking shades — blue and silver. It features a circular camera module on the rear, housing a 50MP Sony main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), paired with a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phone includes a 32MP front camera, all capable of shooting 4K video.
The handset is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, based on a 4nm architecture with a peak clock speed of 2.6GHz. The brand teases an AnTuTu score above 750,000, indicating strong performance for gaming and multitasking. On the software front, it will run the latest custom Vivo UI based on Android.
As for the display, the quad-curved AMOLED screen will reportedly measure 6.77 inches, support HDR10+, and hold an SGS Low Blue Light certification for eye comfort. A centered punch-hole cutout will house the selfie camera.
Although the official battery details haven’t been disclosed, leaks suggest the phone will feature a 5,700mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.
In terms of pricing, Vivo has revealed that the T4R 5G will be priced under ₹20,000, likely placing it between the Vivo T4x 5G and the standard T4 model. It will be available via Flipkart, Vivo India’s online store, and select offline retail partners. A dedicated Flipkart microsite for the T4R 5G is already live, offering a sneak peek at the design and features.
Whether you’re looking for style, performance, or value — the Vivo T4R 5G aims to offer a well-balanced package in the 5G mid-range segment.
