Vivo is reportedly preparing to launch its new smartphone, the Vivo X200 FE, in the Indian market by late June or early July. This device is believed to be a rebranded version of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini, which was initially launched in China back in October 2024. Instead of introducing the Vivo X200 Pro Mini in India, Vivo might bring this FE variant as a strategic alternative while still accompanying the highly anticipated Vivo X200 Ultra.

According to a report from Smartprix, the Vivo X200 FE could arrive with several premium features, including a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400e processor, which is yet to be officially announced. Industry sources speculate that this chipset may be a slightly toned-down version of the existing Dimensity 9400 SoC.

For photography enthusiasts, the Vivo X200 FE is likely to include a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. On the front, users might find a high-resolution 50-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. Fast charging capabilities are also expected, with the device reportedly supporting 90W charging speeds. However, the actual battery capacity remains unknown at this stage.

In China, the Vivo X200 Pro Mini with similar specifications was priced at CNY 4,699 (around Rs. 56,000) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model. While Indian pricing details haven’t been revealed yet, the Vivo X200 FE could be positioned as a more accessible version of the X200 series for Indian users.

Adding to the excitement, the Vivo X200 Ultra model is also expected to debut in India alongside the FE version. Meanwhile, reports also indicate that the same Dimensity 9400e chipset might be seen in other upcoming smartphones such as the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition and a new Realme handset.

If these reports prove accurate, Vivo fans in India can look forward to a powerful and feature-packed addition to the brand’s X200 lineup, blending high-performance hardware with sleek design and camera excellence.
