Vivo is preparing to unveil its highly anticipated Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro smartphones in China on October 13, 2025. Ahead of the official launch, key specifications, battery capacities, and camera features have been leaked, generating excitement among tech enthusiasts. Additionally, the Vivo X300 FE has been spotted on the EEC certification website in Europe, hinting at a third model in the lineup.

The standard Vivo X300 is expected to feature a 6,040mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support and is rumored to include wireless charging capabilities. The Vivo X300 Pro will reportedly pack a slightly larger 6,510mAh battery with the same 90W wired fast charging, offering enhanced endurance for power users. Both devices promise sleek designs and premium build quality.

Camera upgrades are a major highlight of the series. The Vivo X300 Pro will carry a Zeiss-tuned 2.35x telephoto periscope lens, paired with a 200-megapixel main camera, while the standard X300 will include a Leica-tuned camera setup. Images shared by Vivo show a teleconverter accessory designed to adjust focal length for high-quality photography.

The Vivo X300 will sport a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO BOE display with ultra-low 1 nit brightness, perfect for comfortable outdoor use. The Vivo X300 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch flat screen, and both models will have a thickness of 7mm, making them sleek and modern.

Performance-wise, the Vivo X300 series will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, promising flagship-level processing and gaming capabilities. Pre-orders for the phones have already opened in China via Vivo’s official website, giving customers a chance to reserve their devices ahead of the launch.

Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 FE, spotted on the EEC certification site with model number V2537, is expected to bring additional options to the lineup. Specific details about the FE model remain scarce, but it is likely to carry similar design and performance features to the other two models.

The Vivo X300 series is shaping up to compete with other premium smartphones in 2025, offering high-end displays, impressive camera technology, and long-lasting battery life. The China launch on October 13 will officially reveal the full specifications, pricing, and availability.
