Vivo is gearing up to launch its latest flagship lineup, the Vivo X300 Series, in India, featuring the advanced Zeiss Telephoto Extender Kit for professional-level photography. After making its debut in China earlier this month, the series — consisting of the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro — has now been spotted on the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification website, confirming its imminent arrival in the Indian market.

According to reports, both models will come equipped with support for Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter lenses, allowing users to experience an extended optical zoom without compromising on image quality. The Vivo X300 Pro can deliver up to 8.8x optical zoom, while the standard X300 offers approximately 7x zoom, providing exceptional versatility for mobile photography enthusiasts.

The Vivo X300 Pro features a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), a 50MP ultra-wide Samsung JN1 lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera for long-range shots. Meanwhile, the base Vivo X300 variant houses a 200MP Samsung HPB main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope camera. Both devices include a 50MP front camera for crisp selfies and high-quality video calls.

Under the hood, both smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with Vivo’s in-house V3+ and Vs1 imaging processors, ensuring enhanced image processing and smoother performance. They also run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 for a seamless and customizable user experience. The Vivo X300 Pro houses a 6,510mAh battery with 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging, while the standard model includes a 6,040mAh battery with the same charging capabilities.

Vivo has also introduced a dedicated Teleconverter Mode within the camera app, allowing the phone to recognize compatible lenses instantly using NFC for a smooth user experience. The feature makes professional-grade photography more accessible to smartphone users.

As per sources, the Vivo X300 Series India launch is expected to take place in the first week of December 2025, with pricing and pre-order details likely to be revealed soon. With its advanced zoom technology, powerful camera hardware, and Zeiss-backed optics, the Vivo X300 lineup is poised to challenge top-tier camera phones in India.
