New leaks and benchmark listings have revealed major details about its camera system and performance capabilities, positioning it as a premium flagship device focused on photography excellence.

Advanced Camera System with Zeiss Optics

Vivo is expected to introduce a highly advanced imaging setup in the X300 Ultra, developed in collaboration with Zeiss. The smartphone is said to feature a unique “3 plus 2” lens configuration designed to deliver professional level photography in a compact form.

The ultrawide camera is tipped to include a Sony Lytia 818 sensor with improved light sensitivity and enhanced image clarity. It will also integrate Vivo’s third generation VCS spectrum technology along with Zeiss T coating to reduce glare and improve color accuracy.

The primary camera is expected to house a powerful 200 megapixel Sony Lytia 901 sensor, designed to enhance detail capture and dynamic range. With improvements in pixel sensitivity and reduced reflectivity, users can expect sharper images even in challenging lighting conditions.

In addition, the smartphone may feature a 200 megapixel periscope telephoto lens using a Samsung HP0 sensor. This lens is expected to deliver exceptional zoom capabilities with improved stabilization and significantly higher light intake, making it ideal for long range photography.

Vivo is also likely to introduce a redesigned teleconverter system with extended focal lengths, offering up to 400mm reach while maintaining optical precision.

Geekbench Listing Hints at Flagship Performance

The Vivo X300 Ultra has also appeared on Geekbench, revealing key performance specifications. The device is expected to be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, paired with up to 16GB RAM and running on Android 16.

Benchmark scores suggest strong performance, with the device achieving over 3700 in single core tests and exceeding 11600 in multi core results, indicating top tier processing power suitable for heavy multitasking and gaming.

Expected Price and Launch Details

The smartphone is expected to launch alongside the Vivo X300s, expanding the X300 series lineup. Pricing is estimated to start around CNY 7500 for higher storage variants, placing it firmly in the premium segment.
