The upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra has appeared on China’s 3C certification website, revealing its fast charging specifications and hinting at key features. Carrying the model number V2536A, the smartphone is expected to support up to 100W wired charging, making it a major upgrade over the previous Vivo X200 Ultra, which supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging for its 6,000mAh battery.
While the certification listing does not disclose the battery capacity, earlier leaks suggest that the Vivo X300 Ultra will house a massive 7,000mAh battery. The handset is likely to feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a 6.8-inch 2K BOE display with 120Hz refresh rate and high-frequency PWM dimming, as well as a triple rear camera setup. This setup reportedly includes two 200-megapixel sensors and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, with the main 35mm lens equipped with a 1/1.12-inch sensor.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is also expected to come with a third-generation 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and could launch in the first quarter of 2026. Its predecessors, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, recently debuted in India, priced from Rs. 75,999 and Rs. 1,09,999 respectively. Both devices feature MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipsets, 90W wired charging, 40W wireless charging, and batteries of 6,040mAh and 6,510mAh.
With these anticipated upgrades, the Vivo X300 Ultra is shaping up to be a powerhouse device aimed at users who prioritize long battery life and ultra-fast charging.
