Vivo has introduced its latest smartphones, the Vivo Y50s 5G and Vivo Y50e 5G, in China, both designed to deliver long-lasting battery performance and smooth 5G connectivity. Each phone packs a 6,000mAh battery to support extended usage, with the Y50s 5G offering faster 44W charging, while the Y50e 5G supports 15W charging. Both devices feature a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio, ensuring a vibrant viewing experience.
The Vivo Y50s 5G and Y50e 5G are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, providing efficient processing for daily tasks and gaming. The Vivo Y50s 5G comes in multiple RAM options up to 12GB and 256GB of faster UFS 2.2 storage, while the Y50e 5G offers 6GB RAM with 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. Both phones run on Android 15-based OriginOS 5, delivering a modern and smooth software experience.
Photography features include a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and a 5-megapixel front camera capable of 1080p video recording. Connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, multi-system GPS, and USB Type-C support. The Vivo Y50e 5G is available in a single 6GB + 128GB variant priced at CNY 1,499 (approx Rs. 19,300). Both devices come in Diamond Sky Blue and Platinum colour options and are available through Vivo’s official website in China.
