Xiaomi is reportedly gearing up to launch the Xiaomi 14T Pro in global markets later this year. According to a tipster, the anticipated smartphone might come equipped with a triple rear camera setup, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor. A previous leak suggested that this telephoto camera could be fine-tuned by Leica. The Xiaomi 14T Pro is speculated to share the same specifications as the Redmi K70 Ultra, which is expected to debut in China next month.

A post on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) by user @xiaomitimecom reveals that the Xiaomi 14T Pro may feature a triple rear camera setup and a single front camera, with two of these sensors manufactured by Samsung. The leak indicates that the primary camera could use an Omnivision OV50H sensor, while the ultra-wide-angle camera might be a 13-megapixel Omnivision OV13B sensor. Additionally, the telephoto camera is rumored to feature a 50-megapixel Samsung S5KJN1 lens, possibly branded by Leica. The exact specifications of the front camera are not disclosed, but it is suggested to be a Samsung S5KKD1 sensor.

Previously, it was reported that the Xiaomi 14T Pro might be launched alongside a base model, the Xiaomi 14T. Both smartphones are believed to be found within Xiaomi’s HyperOS code under the internal model number N12. The Xiaomi 14T Pro is codenamed “rothko” and is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 14T, codenamed “degas” after the famous French artist Edgar Degas, is referenced with the internal model number N12A.

The Xiaomi 14T series is anticipated to launch in select international markets in September but may not be available in India.
