Fresh leaks have revealed new details about Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship smartphones, including expected European pricing and colour choices for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Xiaomi 17. While Xiaomi has not officially confirmed the global launch date, industry reports suggest the devices could debut internationally as early as March, possibly around MWC 2026.
Both models have already launched in China and are positioned as premium offerings with top-tier hardware. International variants are expected to retain Leica-branded camera systems and the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, making them strong contenders in the flagship smartphone segment.
According to reports, the Xiaomi 17 may arrive in Europe with a starting price of around EUR 999 for the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra is tipped to launch at approximately EUR 1,499 for the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration. These prices suggest Xiaomi is keeping costs in line with its previous flagship generation.
Leaked listings also hint at multiple colour options. The Xiaomi 17 is expected to be available in black and green, while the Xiaomi 17 Ultra could be offered in black blue green and white shades, giving buyers a wider choice of premium finishes.
On the specification front, both phones are said to run Android 16-based HyperOS 3 and feature Leica-tuned triple rear camera systems along with 50-megapixel front cameras. The Xiaomi 17 Ultra reportedly sports a 6.9-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display and a 6800mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. The Xiaomi 17 is expected to feature a 6.3-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a larger 7000mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
With premium specifications competitive pricing and multiple colour options the Xiaomi 17 series is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated global smartphone launches of 2026.
