Xiaomi has officially launched its latest premium smartphone, the Xiaomi 15S Pro, in China. This advanced device stands out as the first from the brand to feature Xiaomi’s proprietary XRING 01 chipset, built using 3nm architecture and offering 10-core performance. Packed with top-tier features and a massive 6100mAh battery, the 15S Pro is designed for power users and photography enthusiasts alike.
The handset flaunts a sleek design and comes in two unique finishes — Dragon Scale Fibre Version and Far Sky Blue. It houses a large 6.73-inch 2K OLED LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of up to 3200 nits, 1920Hz PWM dimming, and Ceramic Glass 2.0 protection. This panel also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+, making it ideal for immersive content consumption.
Powering the Xiaomi 15S Pro is the newly launched XRING 01 processor, backed by an Immortalis-G925 GPU. It is available in configurations offering 16GB LPDDR5X RAM with either 512GB or 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The phone runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15.
One of the major highlights of the Xiaomi 15S Pro is its Leica-engineered triple rear camera setup. This includes a 50-megapixel Light Fusion 900 primary sensor with OIS and an f/1.44 aperture, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle Samsung S5KJN1 sensor with 115-degree field-of-view and macro support, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX858 periscope telephoto lens that supports 5x optical zoom and 10x lossless in-sensor zoom with OIS. The device also features a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
In terms of charging and endurance, the 15S Pro offers 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging for its 6100mAh battery. Connectivity features include 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS with NavIC support, Beidou, Galileo, GLONASS, NFC, and a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 port. The phone also boasts an in-display fingerprint sensor and carries an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos further enhance the audio experience.
The Xiaomi 15S Pro starts at CNY 5499 (around INR 65500) for the 16GB + 512GB variant, while the 1TB storage version is priced at CNY 5999 (roughly INR 71500). It is available now through Xiaomi’s official online channels in China.
