ZTE has officially introduced the Nubia Air at IFA 2025 in Berlin, positioning it as one of the slimmest smartphones in the market with a thickness of just 5.9mm. The device combines sleek aesthetics, durability, and powerful hardware, making it a strong competitor in the ultra-slim smartphone category.
The Nubia Air boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering vibrant visuals with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and supports the full DCI-P3 color gamut, ensuring excellent clarity and color reproduction.
Under the hood, the smartphone runs on the Unisoc T8300 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Users can expand RAM virtually by an additional 12GB, while the AI Performance Engine optimizes performance and enhances battery efficiency by up to 20%.
For photography, the Nubia Air comes with a triple rear camera setup, led by a 50MP main sensor with EIS support. It also includes AI-powered features such as Super Night Mode, AI HDR, Video Anti-Shake, VLOG mode, Magic Editor, and Magic Eraser. On the front, a 20MP selfie camera ensures sharp self-portraits and video calls.

The Nubia Air will be priced at $279 (approx. ₹24,600) for the 8GB + 256GB model. It will initially be available in Europe before expanding to markets in Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Color options include Titanium Black, Streamer Black, and Titanium Desert.
