Xiaomi 17 Global Edition Alongside Poco F8 and Redmi Note 15 Set for Worldwide Release After IMDA Listing

Date:

Xiaomi is gearing up for a major global rollout as multiple devices from the Xiaomi ecosystem have been spotted on the IMDA certification platform in Singapore. The global variant of the Xiaomi 17 has passed this regulatory step, confirming that the smartphone is getting closer to its international launch. Along with the brand’s flagship device, new models from Poco and Redmi are also in line to debut in markets outside China.

The Xiaomi 17 listed on IMDA carries model number 25113PN0EG, indicating that the company is preparing for a global reveal soon. The appearance of Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra further strengthens expectations, as they showed up on the certification database with model numbers 2510DPC44G and 25102PCBE, respectively. These devices are confirmed with key wireless capabilities including 5G support, Wi Fi connectivity, Bluetooth, and NFC.

Additionally, Redmi is introducing its next generation affordable model, the Redmi Note 15 4G, registered with model number 2510DRA23E. This handset supports Wi Fi Bluetooth and NFC but does not include 5G support, suggesting a value focused positioning for emerging markets.

The Xiaomi 17, already launched in China, features a 6.3 inch 1.5K OLED screen paired with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It comes with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage and includes three 50MP cameras at the back along with a 50MP selfie camera. The flagship device is powered by a 7000mAh battery offering fast charging with 100W wired and 50W wireless technology.

Meanwhile, the Poco F8 Ultra is rumored to include similar specifications such as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, the same 7000mAh battery, fast charging, and an IP69 level rugged design. The Poco F8 Ultra may launch alongside the Poco F8 Pro as part of Poco’s performance centered smartphone lineup. Redmi Note 15 is also expected to introduce meaningful upgrades over the Redmi Note 14 with better performance and improved user features.

These regulatory listings strongly suggest that Xiaomi Poco and Redmi are ready to bring their newest smartphones to global customers soon, continuing their rapid worldwide expansion in multiple price segments.
