Using a sulphate-free and pH-balanced shampoo four to five times a week is gentler, especially for people living in polluted or humid environments. Regular heat from hairdryers, straighteners, and curling tools weakens hair fibres, leaving them fragile and prone to breakage. If heat styling is necessary, always apply a heat-protectant spray and keep the temperature low. Air drying whenever possible is far healthier for long-term hair strength.
