The arrival of the Redmi 15C 5G in India has officially been scheduled for the first week of December, with Xiaomi confirming the launch through a new teaser post. Dedicated product pages have also gone live on Amazon and the Xiaomi India website, verifying that the smartphone will be available on both platforms as soon as sales begin.
While complete specifications are yet to be unveiled by the company, early leaks point to a MediaTek Dimensity chipset, up to 8GB of RAM, 128GB storage, and a large 6,000mAh battery for long-lasting performance.
Xiaomi has outlined a day-by-day reveal plan for the device. The complete design will be showcased on November 28, followed by battery insights on November 29, and display specifications on November 30. Additional features related to multitasking and internal configuration will be highlighted on December 1 and 2, setting the stage for the full launch on December 3.
Official teasers also confirm a dual rear camera setup housed in a rectangular module, staying consistent with Redmi’s design language for its budget 5G lineup.
Leaked pricing indicates that the Redmi 15C 5G may start at ₹12,499 for the 4GB + 128GB model, with the 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB variants expected to be priced at ₹13,999 and ₹14,999 respectively.
Rumored specifications suggest a 6.9-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 2.2 storage, and HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. The 6,000mAh battery is expected to be a key selling point for users seeking strong endurance.
With a confirmed launch date, growing anticipation, and several features already hinted at, the Redmi 15C 5G is set to strengthen Redmi’s affordable 5G smartphone lineup in India ahead of the new year.
