The Infinix Xpad, the first tablet offering from Transsion Holdings’ subsidiary, is expected to launch soon, bringing an array of impressive features. The Nigerian branch of Infinix has already teased several key details of the Android tablet ahead of its official announcement. Among the confirmed features are an 11-inch display and three color options, catering to various user preferences. Additionally, offline retailers in Nigeria have reportedly begun receiving the Infinix Xpad, with its pricing details being leaked.
Although the official website of Infinix does not currently provide information on the pricing or availability of the Infinix Xpad, the specifications were revealed through an X post by Infinix’s official Nigerian handle. The tablet is said to be available in offline stores across Nigeria, priced at NGN 2,51,800 (approximately Rs. 13,500) for the 4GB RAM + 256GB storage model, and NGN 2,83,800 (around Rs. 15,000) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The color options include black, blue, and gold.
The Infinix Xpad will run on Android 14 and is slated to receive software updates for two years. The tablet boasts an 11-inch full-HD display (1,200×1,920 pixels) with a 90Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visual performance. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, offering a reliable and efficient user experience. Additionally, the device will feature the AI-enhanced Folax voice assistant, incorporating ChatGPT capabilities. Audio enthusiasts will appreciate the quad-speaker setup with stereo sound, and users will benefit from the generous 256GB of onboard storage.
Infinix’s latest product release aligns with the brand’s broader strategy to expand its diverse portfolio. Earlier this year, the company introduced its first gaming laptop, the Infinix GT Book, in India, complementing its wide range of smartphones, accessories, and smart TVs.
