Honor Magic V6 Certification Listing Signals 120W Fast Charging and Satellite Messaging Option

Date:

Honor’s upcoming foldable smartphone the Honor Magic V6 has appeared on China’s 3C certification database offering fresh insight into its charging capabilities ahead of its official launch. The listing suggests that the next-generation foldable could support ultra-fast 120W wired charging marking a significant upgrade over its predecessor. Honor has already confirmed that the Magic V6 will be unveiled at MWC Barcelona 2026 in March alongside its new Robot Phone.

According to the certification details two variants of the Honor Magic V6 have been spotted. The standard model is expected to launch with flagship specifications while the second variant is tipped to support BeiDou-3 satellite messaging which enables short message communication via satellite networks in China. While the charger listed supports 120W output Honor may choose to cap real-world charging speeds depending on battery optimisation and thermal management.

Leaks surrounding the Honor Magic V6 indicate that the foldable could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and house a battery close to 7000mAh. The device is also expected to debut advanced multispectral stylus support delivering improved accuracy pressure sensitivity hover features and reduced latency. Camera upgrades are also anticipated including a 200-megapixel primary sensor paired with a periscope telephoto lens.

The Honor Magic V6 is rumoured to launch in Snow White Velvet Black Sunrise Gold and Red colour options. Additional expected features include wireless charging a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a slim glass-fibre body designed to be lighter and thinner than the Magic V5. With its official reveal just weeks away the Magic V6 is shaping up to be one of the most advanced foldable smartphones of 2026.
