Global Latin pop icon Shakira is set to make a spectacular return to India after nearly two decades, confirming a two-city concert tour scheduled for April 2026. The Colombian superstar will perform live in Mumbai and Delhi, marking her first full-scale India tour since her unforgettable 2007 appearance during the Oral Fixation era.
The Grammy-winning singer will take the stage at Mahalaxmi Racecourse in Mumbai on April 10, followed by a second show at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on April 15. Fans can expect a high-energy setlist featuring chart-topping anthems alongside tracks from her record-breaking Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour.
Sharing her excitement, Shakira said that performing in India holds a special place in her heart and that she is thrilled to reconnect with audiences in both cities. The concerts are also tied to a larger cause, with the shows being organised under the Feeding India initiative in collaboration with District by Zomato. This marks the first time the Feeding India Concert series will be hosted across multiple Indian cities.
With over 100 million records sold worldwide, Shakira remains one of the most successful Latin artists of all time. Her global hits such as Hips Don’t Lie, Waka Waka, Whenever Wherever and She Wolf continue to resonate with fans across generations. Her latest world tour recently set a Guinness World Record as the highest-grossing tour ever by a Latin artist, reinforcing her lasting impact on global pop culture.
The announcement further strengthens India’s growing presence on the international live music circuit, following several high-profile global acts planning major shows in the country.
Tickets for Shakira’s India concerts will be sold exclusively via District. HSBC credit cardholders will receive early access for 48 hours starting February 27 at 12 PM IST, while general ticket sales will open on March 1 at 1 PM IST.
