Vivo has officially hinted at the upcoming launch of the Vivo T5x 5G in India. The device is expected to succeed the Vivo T4x 5G which debuted in March 2025. With the first teaser now revealed the company is highlighting performance as the key focus for its new mid range smartphone.
According to the promotional teaser shared by Vivo India the upcoming handset has achieved an impressive benchmark result of more than one million points on the AnTuTu Benchmark platform. The company has not officially disclosed the processor yet but it has suggested that the phone will deliver high performance in its price category.
The teaser also suggests that the smartphone could arrive in the sub Rs 23000 price range in India. The promotional material mentions that the device could become the fastest smartphone available under Rs 23000 as of early March 2026 which hints at aggressive performance positioning within the competitive mid range segment.
Industry leaks have also revealed possible hardware specifications of the device ahead of its official debut. According to technology tipster Yogesh Brar the smartphone may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor which is designed to offer strong gaming and multitasking capabilities.
The device is also expected to run on OriginOS 6 built on Android 16 providing new features and performance improvements.
In terms of battery capacity leaks suggest that the phone could pack a massive 7200mAh battery combined with support for 44W wired fast charging which would offer extended usage and quick power top ups for users.
Although the full specifications and official launch date are yet to be announced more details about the smartphone including camera features display specifications and exact pricing are expected to be revealed closer to the official launch event.
With the Vivo T5x 5G the brand appears to be targeting users who want powerful performance strong battery life and modern features at an affordable price point in India’s mid range smartphone market.
