Ingredients for 2 Servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 1/4 cup of jaggery
- 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder
- Pulp of 1 sitaphal (custard apple)
- Kadhai (a deep cooking pot)
Garnishing Ingredients:
- Rose petals
- Slivered pistachios
- Silver vark (silver leaf)
- Saffron milk
Method:
- Boil the milk in a kadhai. Once it boils, lower the flame and let it simmer until it reduces to half, stirring occasionally.
- Add cardamom powder, jaggery, and sitaphal pulp to the reduced milk. Mix well, and once the jaggery melts, remove from flame and let it cool.
- Garnish with saffron milk, rose petals, slivered pistachios, and silver vark. Serve chilled and enjoy!
