The upcoming Redmi K80 series, including the Redmi K80 and K80 Pro models, is rumored to be launching in China soon. Ahead of its anticipated release, a new Geekbench listing suggests that the Pro model may feature Qualcomm’s latest flagship Snapdragon processor. Additionally, detailed specifications for both models have surfaced, indicating that the base Redmi K80 will also be equipped with a high-performance chipset, as per recent social media leaks.
Redmi K80 Pro Geekbench Details:
The Redmi K80 Pro was reportedly seen on China’s 3C certification platform with model numbers 24122RKC7C, 24127RK2CC, and 24127RK2CC. One of these variants has now appeared on Geekbench under the model number 24122RKC7C, suggesting it could be powered by an octa-core chipset with ARMv8 architecture. The chipset includes six performance cores clocked at 3.53GHz and two prime cores at 4.32GHz.
Although the chipset’s name isn’t mentioned, the listed clock speeds imply it could be the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which was unveiled at the Snapdragon Summit in Hawaii last month. The SoC might be paired with approximately 14.76GB of RAM, and the motherboard is referred to as “sun.”
In the Geekbench 6.3.0 for Android AArch64 cross-platform benchmark, the Redmi K80 Pro achieved scores of 2,753 in single-core and 8,460 in multi-core tests.
