LG Xboom Buds Wireless Earphones Launched With Graphene Drivers 30-Hour Playback and Auracast Support

LG has introduced its latest Xboom Buds True Wireless Stereo earphones in select international markets. These newly launched TWS earbuds feature graphene-coated 10mm drivers for high-quality sound output and are designed in collaboration with American music icon Will.i.am. The LG Xboom Buds offer features such as active noise cancellation support for Auracast and total battery life of up to 30 hours including the charging case. Initially showcased at CES 2025 the earbuds are part of the ‘Xboom by Will.i.am’ lineup along with other Bluetooth audio devices like Xboom Bounce Grab and Stage 301.

The LG Xboom Buds are now available in the US at a price of $109 which is approximately Rs 9300. Interested customers can purchase the earphones through Amazon and LG’s official US and UK websites. The earphones are available in black and white finishes. LG has not yet announced their launch in the Indian market.

The TWS earphones are equipped with three microphones in each earbud and are designed to deliver detailed audio with enhanced bass midrange and treble levels. The advanced ANC feature claims to block up to 35dB of ambient noise and includes an ambient listening mode. Compatibility with the dedicated Xboom Buds app allows users to personalize ANC levels EQ settings and audio experience across Android iOS and Windows devices including LG Gram laptops. The Auracast feature even works on devices that don’t natively support it thanks to the app.

Connectivity options on the LG Xboom Buds include Bluetooth 5.4 Google Fast Pair Microsoft Swift Pair and support for SBC AAC and LC3 audio codecs. Each earbud offers up to 10 hours of playtime on a single charge and the total battery life extends to 30 hours using the pill-shaped USB-C charging case. A quick 5-minute top-up provides up to an hour of usage while a full charge takes around 2.5 hours.

These earbuds also feature an IPX4 rating making them resistant to water splashes and suitable for workouts or outdoor use. Each earbud weighs 5.3 grams and measures 25.3 x 20.8 x 23.9mm while the case weighs 36 grams and measures 63.0 x 32.8 x 31.2mm. With their lightweight design long-lasting battery and app-enhanced sound controls LG aims to offer a premium audio solution through the Xboom Buds for music lovers and professionals alike.
