Apple is all set to kick off its highly anticipated Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2025 from June 9 to June 13 at Apple Park in Cupertino, California. This five-day tech showcase begins with a keynote by Apple CEO Tim Cook and will focus on the company’s upcoming software innovations across its suite of products including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple Vision Pro.
The keynote address will go live on Monday, June 9 at 10 am PT (10:30 pm IST), with streaming available on Apple’s official website, YouTube channel, Developer app, and Apple TV app. The company has emphasized its commitment to expanding its artificial intelligence capabilities, aligning with the “Apple Intelligence” initiative introduced in 2024, aiming to rival industry leaders in AI.
Developers and tech enthusiasts around the globe can tune in to learn about the next versions of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, visionOS, watchOS, and tvOS. A deeper technical discussion, the Platforms State of the Union, will follow at 1 pm PT (1:30 am IST), providing insight into the company’s evolving platform strategies.
More than 100 technical sessions are scheduled, offering developers detailed walkthroughs, training, and interaction with Apple engineers and experts. Attendees of the Apple Developer Program and Enterprise Program will gain access to labs, one-on-one consultations, and in-depth resources on design, tools, and Apple’s latest software developments.
The event will also honor winners of the Swift Student Challenge, with 50 outstanding developers receiving a three-day on-site experience at Apple Park. While hardware announcements are not expected, Apple may introduce advancements like support for third-party widgets on Apple Watch and new software features designed to enhance the Apple ecosystem experience.
