Indulge in Garlic Infused Lehsuni Palak for a Flavourful Indian Meal

Lehsuni Palak is a delightful spinach dish richly enhanced with the bold aroma of garlic. This simple yet delicious recipe by Chef Vishal Shrivastav from Fort Rajwada brings together blanched spinach sautéed with spices and topped with a sizzling garlic tadka.

To prepare this tasty dish, start by heating ghee in a pan and temper cumin seeds with chopped garlic and dry red chillies until fragrant. Add finely chopped onions and cook until they turn soft and translucent.

Mix in fresh green chillies turmeric and red chilli powder and give it a quick stir. Add the blanched and chopped spinach with a pinch of salt and cook everything together for a few minutes until the flavours blend beautifully.

Once done transfer to a serving bowl. For the final touch prepare a flavourful tadka by heating pure ghee and adding cumin seeds sliced garlic and dry red chillies until the garlic turns golden brown.

Pour this tadka generously over the sautéed spinach and garnish with fresh sliced tomatoes for an extra burst of colour and taste.

This aromatic Lehsuni Palak makes a perfect side dish for roti naan or steaming hot rice and is sure to be a comforting addition to your everyday meals.
