Infinix is preparing to introduce a new gaming-focused smartphone for Indian consumers — the Infinix GT 30. The company has confirmed the launch via its official website, and while the exact date remains undisclosed, the reveal strongly suggests the phone will hit the Indian market very soon.
The Infinix GT 30 is expected to be part of the brand’s growing GT series, designed especially for gaming enthusiasts. According to the official listing, the device will carry the tagline “The Game Starts with You,” emphasizing its gaming DNA. The phone’s design has been partially revealed through online images and official renders. It showcases a flat-frame structure with an eye-catching LED lighting setup on the rear panel, a design element that might be borrowed from its sibling, the Infinix GT 30 Pro.
One of the most noticeable features is the placement of the camera module at the top right of the rear panel. Along with that, the illuminated LED area adds a dynamic and gamer-centric aesthetic to the smartphone, making it visually stand out from typical mid-range devices.
Additionally, sources suggest that the handset may be offered in new colour options, including a striking green finish, which has been spotted in shared images online. This aligns with the photos recently leaked by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, believed to be of the Infinix GT 30.
While the core specifications are still under wraps, the smartphone is expected to carry forward several gaming-centric features seen in the GT 30 Pro, potentially including gaming triggers, optimized thermal management, and Infinix’s refined XOS interface tailored for performance.
Infinix India CEO Anish Kapoor recently reaffirmed the brand’s focus on democratizing mobile gaming across the country. He emphasized that every new Infinix phone will continue to integrate features that enhance gameplay while refining the software experience for smoother and faster performance.
With the launch of the Infinix GT 30, the company is clearly aiming to solidify its position in the gaming smartphone segment, targeting mobile gamers looking for power-packed features in a budget-friendly package.
