As the Galaxy Unpacked event approaches, leaks about the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra and Watch 7 have surfaced on a Chinese certification website. Scheduled for unveiling on July 10, these new wearables have stirred up excitement with their anticipated features and designs.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra, Samsung’s flagship model, is expected to sport a fresh design with a square body, while retaining a circular display. The leaked specifications indicate a robust 590mAh battery and model number SM-L7050. In contrast, the Galaxy Watch 7, bearing model number SM-L3150, is likely to feature a 417mAh battery and offer NFC support for contactless payments, along with WCDMA connectivity and e-SIM capabilities.
Both smartwatches are reported to include A-GPS, GPS, and GLONASS for navigation, enhancing their utility for users. Previous renders had hinted at these designs, and the newly surfaced images appear to confirm these details.
The European pricing for these smartwatches has also been rumored. The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra might be priced at EUR 699 (around Rs. 62,000) for the Bluetooth+LTE variant, available in titanium grey, titanium silver, and titanium white. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Watch 7 could be priced at EUR 319 (about Rs. 28,000) for the 40mm Bluetooth variant and EUR 349 (approximately Rs. 31,000) for the Bluetooth+LTE version. The 44mm versions are expected to cost EUR 369 (roughly Rs. 62,000) for the Bluetooth model and EUR 399 (about Rs. 35,000) for the Bluetooth+LTE model, with color options in cream, green, and silver.
