Realme GT 8 Series Launch Confirmed in China with Pre-Orders Now Open

Date:

Realme has officially confirmed that its GT 8 series will launch in China in October 2025, with pre-orders already open for customers eager to secure the latest devices ahead of the official debut. The upcoming series is expected to include the standard Realme GT 8 and the Realme GT 8 Pro, following the success of the previous GT 7 lineup.

In a recent post on Weibo, Realme announced that customers can pre-order the GT 8 series in China. Pre-booking is free, but early buyers who pay a nominal fee can receive additional perks and exclusive benefits. Realme Vice President Chase Xu also hinted at the imminent arrival of the devices, confirming that the launch is just around the corner.

The Realme GT 8 series is expected to feature a 200-megapixel telephoto rear camera, providing users with cutting-edge photography capabilities. Rumors suggest the devices will sport a flat 2K AMOLED display, offering vibrant visuals for gaming, media, and everyday use. The lineup may also become one of the first smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, delivering flagship-level performance and efficiency.

The standard Realme GT 8 could feature a 6.6-inch screen, a 7,000mAh battery, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for enhanced security. Reports indicate the phone might have a sleek metal frame design, combining durability with a premium feel. This new series is expected to carry forward the legacy of the Realme GT 7 series, offering cutting-edge technology and design at a competitive price point.

With the pre-order window now open, tech enthusiasts in China have the chance to secure their devices ahead of the official October launch, positioning the Realme GT 8 series as one of the most anticipated smartphone releases of 2025.
