Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates is preparing to host several international brand debuts as part of a Dhs5 billion redevelopment project. The expansion will introduce five high-profile names, including a first-ever regional store for Kim Kardashian’s Skims, as well as popular Primark, Ulta Beauty, Gray Wellness Club, and Bred Bakery.
Primark, the iconic UK fashion retailer, will make its long-awaited Dubai debut with a full-scale store following the opening of its Kuwait Avenues Mall location. Shoppers can expect affordable trendy apparel, homeware, and accessories, keeping prices consistent with its global standards.
Skims will bring its body-positive shapewear and loungewear to Dubai with a first physical store, offering customers an immersive fashion and wellness experience that was previously available only online.
Ulta Beauty will open its first UAE store at Mall of the Emirates, providing a wide range of prestige, indie, and drugstore beauty products under one roof. The store is part of the brand’s regional expansion, which also includes new locations in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Gray Wellness Club, a 25,000-square-foot wellness hub, will focus on fitness, recovery, longevity, nutrition, and community, reflecting SEVEN Group’s wellness legacy from Dubai and Ibiza. The facility promises state-of-the-art equipment and holistic wellness programs.
Bred Bakery, a fresh Emirati bakery concept, will also make its debut, offering artisan baked goods and unique culinary experiences for visitors. Further details on the bakery’s offerings are expected soon.
The new openings mark the beginning of a long-term expansion plan, with over 100 stores and outlets scheduled to open at Mall of the Emirates over the next five years. These additions are designed to enhance the shopping and lifestyle experience, positioning the mall as a premier retail destination in the region.
