Oppo is preparing to launch its next flagship smartphone, the Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max, expected to arrive as part of the Reno 15 series. The upcoming handset is tipped to succeed the Oppo Reno 14 Pro and could bring significant upgrades, including a massive 200-megapixel camera, a 6,500mAh battery, and advanced AI photography features.
According to leaks, the Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max may debut in China later this year and reach India in early 2026. Tipster Yogesh Brar has suggested that the phone could be priced around Rs. 55,000 in India, offering premium specifications for enthusiasts. The device is expected to run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 and feature MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset for high-performance multitasking and gaming.
The Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max is rumored to sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with an adaptive refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz, offering smooth visuals and excellent power efficiency. Photography enthusiasts can expect a triple rear camera setup, led by a 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and an ultrawide sensor, while the front will house a 50-megapixel selfie camera with advanced AI features. The handset may also include custom LUMO camera technology, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and an in-display fingerprint scanner for enhanced connectivity and security.
In terms of storage and colors, the device is expected to follow Oppo’s premium lineup strategy with large RAM and storage configurations and multiple color variants. With these high-end specifications, the Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max is poised to compete with other flagship smartphones in India and globally.
