Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Launch Today: Full Specs, Price, Zeiss Camera Features and More

The Vivo X300 series is officially launching today in China, marking the arrival of the next-generation flagship lineup from the Chinese smartphone brand. The series includes two models — Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro — both featuring advanced Zeiss-tuned camera systems, MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processors, and premium design elements. Ahead of the launch, several specifications, price details, and colour options have been revealed.

The Vivo X300 is expected to sport a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is compact at 7.95mm thickness and weighs 190g. The rear camera setup includes a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB main sensor, a 50-megapixel Sony periscope telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel Samsung ultra-wide lens, along with a 50-megapixel front-facing camera. It will run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, supported by a 6,040mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Colour options are Free Blue, Comfortable Purple, Pure Black, and Lucky Colour.

The Vivo X300 Pro offers a larger 6.78-inch micro-curved 1.5K LTPO OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 7.99mm thickness, and 226g weight. Its camera system is upgraded with a 50-megapixel Sony primary sensor, a 59-megapixel Samsung ultra-wide lens, and a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto lens, paired with V1 and V3+ imaging chips for advanced photography. The handset is powered by the same Dimensity 9500 SoC, running OriginOS 6 on Android 16, and packs a 6,510mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. Available finishes include Wilderness Brown, Simple White, Free Blue, and Pure Black.

Leaked pricing suggests the Vivo X300 could retail around CNY 4,699 (roughly Rs. 58,000), with the Indian market estimate at Rs. 69,999, while the Vivo X300 Pro may cost about Rs. 99,999. Initially limited to China, the devices are expected to make a global and Indian debut later this year, showcasing Vivo’s commitment to high-end performance, advanced photography, and premium smartphone design.
