Oppo is gearing up for the global launch of Oppo Pad 5 on October 16, 2025, unveiling the latest addition to its tablet lineup. The device is listed on Oppo’s website in China, revealing multiple storage configurations and colour options ahead of its debut.
The Oppo Pad 5 will be available in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, and a top-tier 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant, catering to users with diverse performance needs. Colour options include Galaxy Silver, Space Gray, Galaxy Silver Soft Light Edition, and Lucky Purple Soft Light Edition, with the Lucky Purple variant also referred to as Study Purple.
Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, the Oppo Pad 5 features a 3K resolution display and a 12.1-inch LCD panel with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The tablet supports AI-assisted tools for productivity and learning and runs on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
Photography and videography are supported by an 8-megapixel rear camera, while the front-facing camera is ideal for high-quality video calls and streaming. The device is equipped with a 10,300mAh battery supporting 67W wired fast charging, ensuring long hours of uninterrupted usage. Accessories like the Oppo Hima touchpad keyboard have also been certified via Bluetooth SIG, enhancing the tablet’s functionality for students and professionals alike.
