Apple Fitness+ has officially launched in India, bringing the popular health and wellness service to users across the country. The subscription allows Apple device owners to access trainer-led workout videos, track real-time fitness metrics, and achieve personalized exercise goals. Available through the Apple Fitness app, the service offers up to 12 activity categories including yoga, strength training, cycling, kickboxing, meditation, and mindful cooldowns.
Users can create customized workout plans or select pre-built programs tailored to their schedules, preferred trainers, and workout duration. Integration with Apple Music provides curated playlists to keep motivation high, while Apple Watch and AirPods Pro 3 enhance tracking of heart rate, calories burned, and Activity Rings progress.
Apple offers a one-month free trial and provides three months of complimentary Fitness+ to customers purchasing compatible Apple devices. The subscription costs Rs. 149 per month or Rs. 999 annually and can be shared with up to five family members. Additional features include guided meditations with themes like Calm, Sleep, and Sound, and the ‘Time to Walk’ experience with stories, music, and photos from global celebrities to encourage daily walking routines.
