Apple Unveils App Store Awards 2025 Winners Highlighting Tiimo Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition and a New Era of Innovation Across Devices

Apple has officially revealed the App Store Awards 2025 winners celebrating the most exceptional apps and games that elevated creativity user experience and cultural influence throughout the year. From productivity platforms to immersive next-gen games Apple recognised 17 standout titles across the iPhone iPad Mac Apple Watch Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro ecosystems. This year’s leading iPhone app is Tiimo an AI-powered planner designed to simplify routines while The Pokémon Company’s Pokémon TCG Pocket secured the title of iPhone Game of the Year beating notable contenders such as Capybara Go and Thronefall.

Apple’s editorial team praised these winners for their innovation and meaningful contributions to digital culture. Tiimo surpassed creative rivals like BandLab and workout-focused LADDER to claim the top spot among iPhone apps. Similarly Pokémon TCG Pocket impressed judges with its dynamic gameplay earning recognition as Apple’s top iPhone game of 2025.

On iPad the sophisticated AI video editor Detail captured App of the Year for helping users easily record import and auto-edit videos. The award for best iPad game went to the atmospheric fishing adventure DREDGE which outperformed Infinity Nikki and Prince of Persia The Lost Crown.

Mac users saw Essayist take home the App of the Year title offering powerful tools for students writers and researchers. Meanwhile Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition claimed the Mac Game of the Year honor triumphing over major titles like Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Neva with its polished RPG experience. On Apple Arcade the quirky puzzle-style title WHAT THE CLASH earned top recognition for its creative and chaotic gameplay.

For Apple Vision Pro Explore POV was named the best app of 2025 for redefining immersive storytelling while Porta Nubi won Game of the Year for its visually rich mixed-reality experience. In wearable and home entertainment categories Strava won Apple Watch App of the Year thanks to its advanced fitness tracking and HBO Max landed the Apple TV App of the Year title for its cinematic streaming experience.

Apple also spotlighted apps that positively influenced society through the Cultural Impact Awards. Five winners were chosen this year including puzzle experience Art of Fauna narrative adventure Chants of Sennaar city-based exploration title despelote accessibility-focused platform Be My Eyes and productivity companion Focus Friend. Apple emphasised that these apps contributed to building awareness inclusivity and meaningful human connection across global audiences.

With the App Store Awards 2025 Apple once again underscored how developers worldwide are shaping technology culture creativity and everyday life through exceptional software experiences available across the Apple ecosystem.
