- 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 1-inch ginger (finely chopped)
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- A pinch of hing (asafoetida)

Method to Make Chana Dal Kachori
