Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Relist Beverly Hills Mansion with $16 Million Price Cut

Date:

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have once again placed their luxurious Beverly Hills mansion on the market after a significant price drop. The former couple originally purchased the estate in May 2023 for $60.8 million in cash, just a year after tying the knot. The property, which spans an impressive 38,000 square feet, has now been relisted for $52 million, far lower than its previous $68 million asking price.

The lavish mansion boasts world-class amenities, including a private sports bar, a fully equipped gym, basketball and pickleball courts, a boxing ring, a guesthouse, and a caretaker’s residence. However, the estate has remained unoccupied since Lopez and Affleck separated in May 2024.

The pair initially attempted a private sale but later put the property on the public market in July 2024, where it failed to attract buyers. Despite reducing the price by $8 million earlier this year, the mansion still did not secure a sale, prompting the couple to lower the price once again. Reports suggest that the ex-partners had also taken a $20 million mortgage when they purchased the Los Angeles home.

Jennifer Lopez is currently living in the Beverly Hills property while renovating her newly purchased 10,046-square-foot Hidden Hills residence, which she acquired in February. Meanwhile, Ben Affleck moved into a $20.5 million Brentwood home in July 2024, just weeks before Lopez filed for divorce on their second wedding anniversary in August 2024.

The Hollywood stars, now focused on separate lives, continue to manage their real estate transitions. Lopez shares twins Emme and Max with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Affleck co-parents three children with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
