Brad Pitt is reportedly devastated after his daughter Shiloh Jolie-Pitt filed legal documents to remove his last name. Following a trend among the Pitt-Jolie children, Shiloh, who recently turned 18, has officially changed her name to Shiloh Jolie. This move comes amid a bitter legal battle between Brad Pitt and ex-wife Angelina Jolie over a French vineyard and allegations of physical assault.
“He’s aware and upset that Shiloh dropped his last name. He’s never felt more joy than when she was born. He always wanted a daughter,” a source close to the actor told People. Shiloh’s decision to change her name follows her 15-year-old sister Vivienne, who also dropped Pitt’s last name.
The situation has reportedly left Pitt feeling heartbroken and distant from his children. “The reminders that he’s lost his children are, of course, not easy for Brad. He loves his children and misses them. It’s very sad,” the insider revealed.
