Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has spoken candidly about his long-term career plans, revealing that he would like to play in Spain or Italy once his journey at Old Trafford reaches its conclusion. The Portuguese midfielder, widely regarded as United’s most influential player in recent seasons, confirmed that there was uncertainty around his future during the last transfer window, with the club open to offers following interest from Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal.
Despite that uncertainty, Bruno chose to stay, citing loyalty to Manchester United and in-depth conversations with head coach Ruben Amorim that reassured him about his role as a leader within the squad.
