LG Electronics has unveiled its 2026 LG Gram laptop series at CES 2026, focusing on lightweight design, improved durability, and enhanced AI capabilities. The new laptops feature a specially engineered Aerominum chassis that reduces weight while meeting military-grade durability standards, improving scratch resistance and long-term usability. Several models support both on-device AI and cloud-based AI, offering productivity and multitasking enhancements, and integrate Microsoft Copilot+ PC features alongside LG’s own offline AI tools.
Connectivity and security have been upgraded with the new Gram Link feature, enabling file sharing and screen mirroring to Android, iOS, and webOS-powered LG TVs and monitors. In addition, users can access remote lock and data erase functionalities via LG ThinQ for device protection. Highlight models include the LG Gram Pro 17 with a 17-inch WQXGA LCD display and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 Laptop GPU with 8GB GDDR7 memory, designed for high performance in a lightweight package and sold exclusively in North America.
The LG Gram Pro 16 offers a 16-inch WQXGA+ OLED display powered by Intel Core Ultra processors, balancing portability with performance while supporting advanced AI tools for creative and professional users. Pricing and availability are yet to be announced.
