Delicious and Nutritious Bok Choy Salad Recipe

Ingredients for Bok Choy Salad:

  • 350 grams of baby bok choy
  • 0.5 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.75 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp tahini

How to Make Bok Choy Salad:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and blanch the halved baby bok choy for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove the bok choy from the boiling water and place it into cold water to retain its crunch. Then, transfer it to a plate.
  3. For the dressing, toast the sesame seeds in a dry cast iron skillet for 2 minutes.
  4. Grind the toasted sesame seeds into a smooth paste and mix with the remaining dressing ingredients. Whisk until creamy and smooth.
  5. Drizzle the desired amount of dressing over the bok choy. Serve the salad at room temperature or chilled.
