Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of crumbled paneer
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum
  • 2 tablespoons of Schezwan sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoons of oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • 5-6 bread slices
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as required

Method:

  1. Start by making the filling. Heat oil in a pan, add the ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for a few seconds. Then, add the chopped onions and capsicum and mix well.
  2. Add the crumbled paneer along with the soy sauce, Schezwan sauce, and salt. Stir well and cook for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and set aside.
  3. Trim the edges of the bread slices and flatten them using a rolling pin. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of a bread slice, cover with another slice, and seal the edges with water.
  4. Shallow-fry the rolls until they turn golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney and enjoy!
