Ingredients
- 300 grams minced meat
- 2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 150 grams butter
- 1/4 teaspoon haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
- Oil, as required
- 2-3 green chilies

Method
- Begin by preparing the dough for the lukhmi. In a bowl, combine maida, lemon juice, butter, salt, and water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for a few minutes.
- For the stuffing, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Sauté for a minute or two.
- Add all the dry spices, including haldi, garam masala, red chili powder, and coriander powder, along with green chilies and chopped coriander. Mix thoroughly.
- Incorporate the minced meat (keema) and cook until it is done. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and let it cool.
- Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out into a rectangular shape. Place a spoonful of the prepared keema mixture in the center and seal the edges using a fork.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the lukhmis until they are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
