Dubai is set to sizzle this weekend as the Dubai Burger Championship brings together the city’s top burger makers and international favourites from the UK Spain Brazil Argentina and Sweden. The festival runs from Thursday January 8 to Sunday January 11 at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre with tickets starting from Dhs60.
Visitors can enjoy exclusive burger creations unavailable anywhere else alongside live cooking demonstrations DJ sets and a family-friendly zone. All ticket holders can vote in four categories including Overall Winner Most Original Burger Best Locally-Sourced Sustainable Burger and Best UAE Burger with winners announced on Saturday January 10. The final day allows visitors to sample the winning creations.
Barcelona’s Meat and Fire festival chefs Iñaki López de Viñaspre Fabrizio Sergio Mikel Viñaspre and Pasquale Maravita will host a live grill and barbecue pop-up. Tickets are priced from Dhs60 per day Dhs200 for a four-day pass with children under 8 entering free and festival-goers receive 50 percent off their first burger.
