Dubai’s Hottest Upcoming Restaurants and Bars You Need to Watch

Dubai’s dining scene is heating up with an exciting lineup of new restaurants, rooftop bars, and beach clubs set to open in 2025. From luxurious fine dining to casual eateries, the city promises culinary experiences that cater to every taste and occasion.

Among the most anticipated openings is Canary Beach at Club Vista Mare, Palm Jumeirah, bringing Japanese and Mexican cuisine with fresh ceviches, sushi, and crudos in a vibrant beachfront setting. CARBONE, the iconic New York Italian restaurant, will open at Atlantis The Royal, offering classic Italian-American dishes with 1950s-inspired decor.

Turkish cuisine enthusiasts can look forward to Cazibeli at Gran Meliá Dubai Jumeirah, featuring communal dining and traditional flavours paired with Arabic-inspired decor and oud fragrances. Downtown Dubai will welcome Cetara, an Italian restaurant emphasizing fresh seafood and ingredient-led signature dishes such as Gamberoni Grigliati and Risotto all’Astice, all with Burj Khalifa views.

Latin American flavors will be celebrated at Esco-bar in One Central, while Konjiki Hototogisu opens its second Dubai branch at Nakheel Mall with family-friendly Japanese ramen dishes. MamaBella at Kempinski The Boulevard Hotel brings Netflix’s Nonna-inspired Italian cooking to life with seasonal ingredients and artisanal produce.

Fans of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine can enjoy Nobu One Za’abeel, featuring stylish dining, skyline views, and live entertainment. Novikov and Orilla bring Mediterranean and Italian flavors to Dubai with shareable plates and fresh seafood, while Park Chinois offers 1930s Shanghai glamour and Chinese gourmet delicacies. Rubia Gallega adds premium Spanish steakhouse flavors, and Solara fuses Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine with lively Downtown Dubai views.

Other notable openings include TANG at Palace Downtown Hotel, Tattu at Ciel Tower, The MAINE at Club Vista Mare, WOOHOO with AI-driven culinary experiences, and Yù & Mì at Mandarin Oriental Downtown offering Cantonese and Sichuan dishes.

In addition to restaurants, Dubai will also welcome new bars and beach clubs such as Crazy Horse Paris, bringing cabaret dining entertainment, and Zuma Beachhouse at Jumeirah 1, offering seaside lounging, DJ sets, and creative mixed drinks.

Dubai’s food scene in 2025 promises innovative cuisine, immersive dining experiences, and vibrant atmospheres that will delight locals and tourists alike.
