Emirates Launches New Luxury First Class Check-In Lounge at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3

Date:

Emirates has unveiled a brand-new, luxurious check-in lounge at Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 3, designed exclusively for First Class travelers and Skywards Platinum members. This elegant private lounge offers a spacious and tranquil environment where guests can relax in style before their flights.

The new Emirates First lounge replaces the previous facility, which closed in January for extensive upgrades. It features a refined atmosphere with grand architectural columns, a combination of marble and wooden flooring, and plush carpeting in seating zones. Passengers can enjoy comfortable leather and fabric armchairs and sofas while completing their check-in using iPads provided by Emirates.

For those who prefer, traditional check-in desks remain available along with baggage drop-off services. After check-in, First Class guests can swiftly pass through security and immigration to access one of the three premium lounges in Terminal 3’s departures area.

The lounge has been carefully designed to provide a peaceful retreat away from the busy airport environment. Rolex clocks display times from major cities worldwide, while all digital screens and advertising have been removed to maintain a calm and relaxed setting illuminated by soft integrated lighting.

Emirates currently operates seven lounges at Terminal 3, including three dedicated to First Class, three for Business Class, and a lounge serving all premium passengers. First Class travelers departing from Dubai can also benefit from Emirates’ chauffeur service to and from the airport.

Adel al Redha, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Operating Officer, stated that the new lounge elevates the ground experience by offering a unique combination of privacy and convenience tailored to the airline’s most valued customers. He emphasized Emirates’ ongoing commitment to enhancing all aspects of the travel journey, including premium check-in services.

For travelers planning their next trip, Dubai International Airport offers over 140 direct flight destinations, providing numerous options to explore. Whether seeking travel inspiration or ways to save on airfare, DXB continues to be a global aviation hub with outstanding services and facilities.
